2nde 13 - Today's Class
Today we explained the rest of the story entitled "the Unicorn in the Garden" and we particularly focused our attention on one grammar point = direct and indirect speech.
Important things to remember:
- Utilisation de verbes introducteurs variés et qui dépendent de la phrase de départ (par ex. si on a une question on va préférer utiliser un verbe de question tel que "ask")
- There are changes in :
a- the tenses of the verbs
b- the articles and pronouns
HW: for next time (Friday), you need to answer the following question about the text. "Why is this a funny story?" (and justify your answer)
