1- George Bush's speech is highly rhetorical partly because of the ternary rhythm (rythme ternaire) employed in his sentences and the overall structure.
Pick out elements from the text proving this idea.
2- Comment on "the goals of our coalition are the same as our goals: sovereignty for your great country, dignity for your great culture and [...] the opportunity for a better life".
To what extent (dans quelle mesure) can we say that those goals have not been achieved yet in Iraq?
